Seat Belts, Please

There's nothing like the smackdown that a whopping case of vertigo can give you. Oomph!

Last night's dinner was yummy! It was such an easy preparation, all in all. The balsamic-honey reduction with sauteed scallions drizzled over the pan-seared salmon was so pretty next to the baked sweet potatoes and green asparagus. The grilled peaches with ginger-peach ice cream was so much fun to make -- and de-lish (can I say that about food that I prepared myself? Yup!). Note to self: File that menu for future use.

Even though it was nearly 11:30 when we turned the lights out, I woke up right "on time" - 5:30 AM. Headed downstairs to make my coffee and breakfast.

Whoa. The. room. is. spinning. Damn.

I hate this feeling.

Back to bed for me after taking my always-on-hand-Bonine. At least I'll be well prepared in case I have to fly anywhere today.

Three hours later. Moving in slow motion almost like being underwater. It's definitely a stay-on-the-couch day.
