Come on, Tom! Is our United States tax code really that hard to make sense of?
I do not understand how folks holding public office and hoping to hold even more prominent national level public office can be arrogant enough to think that they can get away without paying their federal income tax in full. Can they possibly think it would never be uncovered?
And then there's Nancy Killefer. And I still can't believe that the Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner nominee got confirmed.
I'm flummoxed.
